Prof. Hang Ping is a Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Technology for Materials Synthesis and Processing, Wuhan University of Technology, and a national high-level young talent. He received his PhD in Materials Processing Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology in 2017, and was a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces (2019–2021, with Prof. Peter Fratzl). His research focuses on bioprocess-inspired confined fabrication technologies and low-temperature preparation of ceramic materials, and he has published in Nature, Science, and Advanced Functional Materials. He leads several national-level projects including the NSFC Excellent Young Scientists Fund.
